The scientific work of Prof. Dr. Stoyana Natseva focuses on the study of identity, inner psychological patterns, and the mechanisms of behavioural change.
At the foundation of her research is the original model “The Internal Autobiographical Map” (IAM), which describes how personal experience, inner structures and autobiographical memory shape decisions, behaviour and life outcomes.

Building on this model, she developed the applied system Direct Change Solution®, used in the context of personal and business development.
