Activities: Creator of the proprietary methodologies Direct Change Solution® (DCS®) and Internal Autobiographical Map (IAM), as well as the proprietary Happiness Index. She leads the long-term vision of Happy Life Academy, the development of educational programs, scientific initiatives, and the international expansion of the ecosystem. Founder of the “1 Million Awakened” Foundation and the International Professional Association of Coaches and Therapists (IAPTC®).

Area: Education and International Integration

Area of Responsibility: Academic Development, Knowledge Architecture, and International Partnerships.

Activities: Responsible for the strategic development of educational programs, the academic structure of MBA and DBA pathways, and the establishment of international educational partnerships. Coordinates cooperation with universities, academic institutes, and professional organizations, while supporting the integration of scientific research into the Academy’s educational activities.

Head of Educational Activities

Area: Applied Practice and Mentorship

Area of Responsibility: Methodological Implementation, Professional Training, and Quality Assurance.

Activities: Leads practical training programs, supervision, and the professional development of trainees. Responsible for implementing the Academy’s proprietary methodologies within the educational process, maintaining high professional standards, and ensuring quality in practical training.
